Which size do I take?
Go by your hip measurement, not your dress size. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — the hold is graduated, so you lose nothing in shaping and gain comfort over a long evening.

Will it show under a fitted dress?
Under knits, ponte, denim, tailoring and lined dresses — no. The body of the short is smooth. But be straight with yourself about thin fabric: this pair has a lace-trimmed hem and a front zip, and both can show under bias-cut silk or very fine jersey. Under those, size the shade to your own tone and expect the hem line to be faintly visible.
How firm is the compression?
Firm, but graduated — strongest across the lower tummy and easing through the thigh. You'll feel held at the waist and barely notice the leg. It's designed for a full day of wear, including sitting down to eat.
When will it arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 5-8 business days in the US with tracking. International delivery is estimated at 10-20 business days, also tracked. Shipping is free either way.
What if the fit is wrong?
Try it on at home for 60 nights. If the size isn't right we'll send you the correct size and won't charge you for it, and if it isn't for you we'll refund it — worn, washed, either way.
Email us first and we'll send a return authorisation. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the pair arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — then it's on us and you usually won't need to send anything back at all.
How do I wash it?
Cold machine wash on delicate in a mesh bag, hang to dry. No fabric softener — it coats the elastane and softens the hold.
